The only rule to be happy

I've forgotten who I was talking to. One day, I was chatting with an artist. What I feel every time I return to Japan. (That's right, that person was also living overseas.) It was,

The overwhelming pressure of numbers, blackmail. When I ride the train, I see everywhere: 'Lose XX kg in XX days. Earn XX yen in XX days. Change jobs to earn XX yen in your XXs.' I call these 'blackmail messages.' How many people can reject them by saying, 'It's none of your business!' or simply ignore them without any reaction? Rather, aren't many people made to feel that they are 'not enough = insufficient' because of this blackmail? (This is precisely why they pay large sums of money to advertise in public places, anticipating the psychology and effect on the masses.)

They proclaim such quantitative figures as if they are the rules that 'everyone' seeks. That is 'their' way.

Broadly speaking, I believe happiness is the feeling of 'fitting in my own way' that each of the three parties has. Therefore, it can never be measured by the same ruler. My 'fit'? Others will never understand.

The only rule to become happy.

It is, 'Never follow (rules made by others).'},

Then, let's shout loudly, with a trembling heart, looking down from the rooftop of a building, 'Don't fuck with me! It's none of your business! Mind your fucking business! Fatti i cazzi tuoi!' Now, let's ignore the rules as much as we want! I think that's the rule to become happy, for me.

PS. Oh right, I like the concept of 'contradiction'... I'll talk about that little by little too.
