Let Your Angelina win (Conversation with children)

My daughter is interested in various things every day. Sometimes she gets distracted and forgets things. She gets carried away with friends and forgets her meeting place with Momma, and gets scolded.

I think various adventures are starting within you.

At such times, we had a conversation before.
"Two choices. Things you don't want to do but have to do, and things you want to do but shouldn't do... Do you understand?" (Me)
"Yeah, I understand." (Daughter)

"Maybe, behind the things you don't want to do but have to do, there's an angel. And behind the things you want to do but shouldn't do, there's a little devil. Like Homer in The Simpsons, you know, like in cartoons?" Haha (Me)
"That's funny! Haha" (Daughter)

"After all, if you always let your angel win, it's good. Choose your angel yourself. If you keep doing that, you might not understand it now, but in the future, you'll be able to do even more difficult things, someday, more and more." (Me)
"I'll try my best to always let my angel win!" (Daughter)
"That's right, because your name is Angelina (little angel)!" (Me)

The talk about "Discipline as daily training" eventually led to the story of angels, and we had a rich time together.

Since then, I say this even today.
"Ok! Let's let the angel win today too!" (Me)
"Yes!" (Daughter)

Let's make good mistakes.
Things gradually accumulate.
That's fine.
