In particular, I think Japanese TV in general is completely unnecessary to watch. I haven't watched it for years. (I do watch news on Al Jazeera, etc.)

Today, I went into a barber shop I didn't know. I have a buzz cut, so I don't really care where I get it cut. More than that, I wanted to get my beard shaved at a barber shop for the first time in a while.
The barber shop owner is an 85-year-old grandmother. We had a great conversation. Interesting old stories from before the war, during the war, and after the war were fun.
