Artist and University Sports ③ Summer Training Camp

However, I'll write a little about what I've put together in my head. The team, led by the manager and head coach, poured their energy into various strategies and preparations. If you were to compare it to a 'bento box,' the players and staff wonderfully and boldly crafted delicious dishes, filling it to the brim. (※The manager, head coach, coaches, staff, and players worked 24/7 on infection control before, during, and until returning home. Hats off to them.)

In it, my role as Verbal / Visual Communication Specialist was, as usual, to leverage and boost communication. I was given a two-day workshop window.

I'll omit the details, but while working on the workshop on the first day and the night before the final day, I clearly felt a difference in 'energy/VIBE' during the last workshop.

My communication methodology should just be a trigger. It's just one of many methodologies. (However, we are not developing cutting-edge technology like ROCKET SCIENCE, which is why I believe communication that connects people is extremely important. Isn't that true for many companies?) With an interesting 'trigger,' communication that was previously unconnected becomes complex in a good way, creating new maps between multiple different people. Honestly, the players and staff have evolved mentally and physically.

I told them, 'If I were a rookie, I would want to play football for this team.' I meant it sincerely. Then, one player asked, 'Even so, how should we interpret those words when we ourselves don't know our level of growth, meaning we don't know our own appeal?' → 'Probably (like a child who suddenly can't fit into their old clothes because they've grown so fast. That's it.) So, the speed of growth is accelerating beyond your own awareness.' PROCESS Evidence of experiencing it. That's why this team has people like me, Off-Field, to point things out." And tomorrow, there will be even more room to step on the accelerator. We can push harder. Let's push! Full throttle!

Through the training camp, I myself learn. I can evolve more as an Artist. Write, draw, destroy, redo... This is the only Hard choice until I die.

From tomorrow, from the perspective of coaches and staff, the 'lunch box' needs to become an even bigger, tougher 'tiered box'. We will continue to focus our efforts on that Help.
